M6 X 1 X 113,5mm 9.8

The Land Rover part number LR073719 is an M6 x 115mm fuel injector clamp bolt used on the 2.0L Ingenium diesel engines.

These are stretch bolts (torque-to-yield) and must always be replaced with new ones once removed. The correct installation procedure and torque specifications are critical:

Stage 1: Torque to 5 Nm.
Stage 2: Tighten an additional 130° (degrees).

This two-stage process ensures the bolt is correctly seated and tensioned for a proper seal. Do not over-tighten, as this can damage the injector or the cylinder head. Ensure the component and its seating area are clean and free of foreign material or lubricant before installation. A new sealing washer should also be installed
